I am a Computer Science student at UCONN. I work nights and weekends with OfficeVision and have learned the skills necessary for computer maintenance, tuning, and repair, cabling, and custom programming. I also keep a look out for new technologies that would benefit our customers.

Michael Bianchini - Senior Field Services Technician
Originally a musician, I turned to the world of technology about 10 years ago as a way of settling down from a rigorous touring schedule. I have been with OfficeVision for about a year now and bring expert skills in PCs, Servers, cabling, telephony, wired and wireless networks and large scale system rollouts. Oh and by the way - did I mention that I play a pretty mean organ?

After bouncing around a little after school, I began my career in Technology Support in January 1978. Jimmy Carter was president - The BeeGees Saturday Night Fever was selling a million copies a week - The Federal Debt was well under a Trillion dollars - The IBM "Personal Computer" with Microsoft's MS-DOS was still a few years away. I was mounting 9" tape, and 3350 Disk Drive platters that could hold almost 330MB in one of the world's largest and most advanced data centers. By the time I left the world of Big Iron for exclusive time with the wee little ones I had learned several programming languages and all anyone would want to know about protecting data, security, backup, change control, problem management, system and function automation, and disaster recovery. Although the systems are much smaller and do not require chilled water to cool them, these skills are as important today as they were 30 years ago. I look forward to helping you and your company tackle any and all issues with technology.

Scott Buceivicius - Field Services Manager
I cut my technology support teeth in the Army as a Chinook Helicopter mechanic. With my mechanic's background in the military, I was well adapted at a world that demanded precision, mechanical skills, and organization. Eventually I learned my way around the insides of systems and servers the way I knew the insides of helicopter engines. To complement my knowledge of their insides, I went back to school to become good at their operating systems and many of their software programs as well. Let me help you with any organization needs, hardware or software problems, virus / malware / spyware issues, or any type of cabling needs.

Jay Lehmann - Senior Trainer and Field Services Tech.
I am Fred's son so I grew up around computers. I went to Northeastern's College of Computer Science for three years before switching majors to Education at UNC. While at Northeastern I interned doing Desktop, Network, and Database support at several large public and private companies including MIT. It was at UNC that I coupled my computer technical skills with public speaking and training skills. I have also learned a lot of the field services disciplines such as hardware problem solving and cabling from working with Scott. I can help you by working with you to develop and deliver custom computer technology courses for you and/or your employees. I can also deliver math training as I am a certified Math and Science teacher. Of course I can also handle most any technology support problem that comes along on a PC. I am also good at large scale rollouts, hardware repair, system tuning and maintenance and I work with Kevin on new technologies.

Like Fred, I have been around the block - maybe not as many times - but certainly once or twice when it comes to technology. I started out working with desktops and doing printer repairs. Years ago I decided to move to high-end work with servers,directories, local and wide area networking, network security, and messaging technology. I specialize in Cisco network environments
